Traditional down has its shortcomings when it gets wet – it loses all its lofting and insulating power and takes forever to dry. That’s why we’ve chosen a new waterproof treated down technology to overcome these faults and deliver a pant that pushes the expectation of packable down. The exceptional insulating power of this pant can quickly go from compressed to lofted and traps more air than lesser fills to keep you warmer and performing at a high level.

We’ve also added the most durable lightweight windproof nylon outer fabric along with a DWR finish to protect you ever more when the conditions are extreme. This pant packs into its left side pocket for easy storage and only weighs less than a pound. It has a comfort stretch waist band with belt loops, ¾ length zippers on the left and right side, zippers side pockets, and the ability to pack into its left side pocket for easy storage. We added a full-length zipper on each leg for easy removal when out in the field. Each leg is only three quarter length to stop just short at the top of your boot for easier removal.
